Handel Export has organised 25 outgoing Trade Missions in the last 5 years, facilitating market visits for over 250 companies to countries including Poland, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Spain. The services we provide for participating companies are:

• Market research on industry background and potential business partners
• Short listing of relevant contacts
• Setting up an itinerary of meetings for each company with appropriate partners / customers
• Translation of the company profile into the target market language
• Training workshop on business etiquette and developing successful busines in the target market
• Market visit accompanied by Handel Export staff
• In-market publicity and PR with relevant trade Assocations, business partners etc.
• Organisation of a high profile netowrking event in the target market
• Assistance with follow-up after the market visit
• Consultancy on market entry strategies

We have organised these Trade Missions on behalf of various organisations including the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise Northern Ireland, Local Enterprise Agencies and local Councils.

We have also organised a number of inward delegations (to the UK and Ireland) from Estonia, Slovenia and Romania.
